SERVICE AND REPAIRS

DØT TECHNOLOGIE is servicing printers and readers back in our premises in Paris (France). Special maintenance plan include replacement of equivalent printers within 24h. We repair printers within a very short period of time.

• Printers should be returned to DØT, freight prepaid, in its original box and packing material.
• A short note describing failure should be enclosed with the printer.
• We recommend to send a small number of your ticket stock in order to adjust the print quality properly.
• All repairs are subject to approval the estimate prior to shipping back.
• Indicate a contact person with e-mail address.
