A thermal printers is using advantageously no consumable products except the tickets. For this reason the quality an durability of printing is very dependent of the paper used. All papers, even plain papers, are more or less abrasive and excessive abrasiveness can cause short head life expectancy.
All papers we are using are not laminated. When paper results from several layers glued together the glue smears printheads, cutters and paper guide causing damages, paper jams and frequent cleaning.

We prefer technical reliability to other consideration in order to prevent failures and leave your printers always in operation.

Each application requires a specific paper. The weight is different if tickets are read in automatic readers or if they are used during a very short period of time. The paper can be non-tearable or plastic based for improving durability of tickets.
In any case we are able to adapt the tickets to your needs.

The quality of the paper must not fluctuate that is why we constantly collaborate with paper manufacturers to define convenient products. All our tickets are submitted to several controls during printing and storage.

When heating the dots of the printhead cause a chemical reaction on top of the paper which reacts by imaging in black. In some cases we can propose some papers reacting in colors : blue or red.

Nowadays, the quality of thermal papers gives long conservation of tickets ; moreover, when tickets are printed, inks protect the thermal coating from the natural uv light and prevent image fading.
